I am a counselor in training working towards my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University's Family Institute. Drawing from psychodynamic, existential, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), my approach recognizes that we are the sum of our
experiences and those experiences shape and influence us in ways that are both known and unknown to us and that existentially we are each
trying to understand what place we want to take in the world and the meaning we want to make of life through our values, and we do this through clarifying what is meaningful to us to live authentically. I enjoy working with issues of identity, personality, values, anxiety, depression, OCD, and learning disabilities.

Since I am currently in training to ensure you are receiving the best
support possible, I am participating in supervision with Amaya
Herrington, university supervisors, colleagues, and classmates to hone my skills to best be able to serve you and your needs. If you have any questions about what it is like to work with me, consider reaching out for a consultation call.
