Ancestral Lineage Healing

Sessions follow a 5-step process developed by my teacher, Dr. Daniel Foor, of Ancestral Medicine. Ancestral Lineage Healing is an empowerment-based approach that supports clients’ direct communication and engagement in a personal and collective healing process with entire ancestral lines.

Hypnotherapy & EMDR

Sessions target stuck emotions connected with self-defeating patterns of behavior or blocks to moving forward in your life path. Both approaches are effective treatments for trauma, inner child healing work, addiction, and emotional correlates to physical problems. Certified in Hypnotherapy through the Wellness Institute of Seattle, WA, USA. Trained in EMDR through the EMDR International Association.
