I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. As a supervised counselor in training in Northwestern University’s Masters in Counseling program, I work with individuals facing a range of life challenges including anxiety, depression, substance use, and major life transitions. My goal is to support you as we explore both your internal struggles and external stressors, and to help you understand how your life experiences have shaped you.
Using an integrative approach tailored to each person, I seek to truly understand your worldview—your story, your values, and the unique lens through which you experience life. I deeply value conversations about identity, personal experiences, and the cultural context in which you exist. Together, we’ll gently approach painful or shameful memories and emotional wounds at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to meet you where you are, helping you develop self-compassion and the tools to move forward with confidence and resilience.
If you think we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out for a complimentary initial consultation.
